Frequently Asked Questions
Will I actually get 17 ml from my Compatible Epson T1598 Matte Black Ink Cartridge?
17 ml is the estimated yield at 5% coverage. In other words, if you are regularly printing documents where more than 5% of the page is covered by toner, you will get less than the estimated yield.
Will the Compatible Epson T1598 Matte Black Ink Cartridge work in my Epson Stylus Photo R2000?
We guarantee that our Compatible Epson T1598 Matte Black Ink Cartridge will work in your Epson Stylus Photo R2000. If you should have any problems with installation or functionality, simply get in touch and we will help you get up and running. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with our product, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Will using the Compatible Epson T1598 Matte Black Ink Cartridge invalidate my printer warranty?
It is against the law for printer manufacturers to void your warranty for using compatible cartridges, though many claim that they will do so. They are simply attempting to discourage people from using compatibles, to protect their own sources of income (i.e. original inks and toners). As part of our warranty, Rapid Toner would collect, repair and return any printer damaged as a result of using Compatible Epson T1598 Matte Black Ink Cartridge.
