Frequently Asked Questions
Will I actually get 12,000 pages from my Procopy Brother DR2200 Black Imaging Drum Unit?
12,000 pages is the estimated yield at 5% coverage. In other words, if you are regularly printing documents where more than 5% of the page is covered by toner, you will get less than the estimated yield.
Will the Procopy Brother DR2200 Black Imaging Drum Unit work in my Fax-2840?
We guarantee that our Procopy Brother DR2200 Black Imaging Drum Unit will work in your Fax-2840. If you should have any problems with installation or functionality, simply get in touch and we will help you get up and running. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with our product, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Will using the Procopy Brother DR2200 Black Imaging Drum Unit invalidate my printer warranty?
It is against the law for printer manufacturers to void your warranty for using compatible cartridges, though many claim that they will do so. They are simply attempting to discourage people from using compatibles, to protect their own sources of income (i.e. original inks and toners). As part of our warranty, Rapid Toner would collect, repair and return any printer damaged as a result of using Procopy Brother DR2200 Black Imaging Drum Unit.
